A Day in the Life: Justine’s Career Development

Justine Politano joined Biogen in 2021 at our Solothurn, Switzerland location as a downstream process engineer. Since then, she’s worn multiple hats and has expanded her experience across Biogen’s Pharmaceutical Operations and Technology (PO&T) team. “By growing in different directions, you will get perspective,” Justine explained. 

In her current role, Justine supports the startup of new production campaigns and is the first point of contact for the manufacturing floor. Since joining Biogen, she has valued growth opportunities and continues to be driven by the impact of her work.
