Biogen Support Services Text Program Terms
Biogen offers Patient Services Support text message programs to enrolled participants as part of our support services related to any of Biogen’s products, including but not limited to, online support, financial assistance services, compliance and persistency and other therapy support services, as well as information and materials related to such services.
By opting-in to, or participating in, one or more of these programs, you accept and agree to these terms.
Enrolling in a text message program
To sign up for Biogen Support Services mobile texts, you may text JOIN to the following:
800-456-2255 for support with Multiple Sclerosis (MS),or
844-477-4672 for support with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), or
877-725-7639 for support with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), or
844-987-3224 for support with Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA).
By signing up to receive texts, you are consenting to receiving ongoing, recurring text messages from Biogen to the mobile number provided.
Once you enroll in this text message program, we will send you a confirmation text message.
You acknowledge and consent that text messages will be sent to the mobile phone number that you provide to us, including message generation by an automatic dialing system. Once you enroll, the frequency of text messages we send to you will vary but will be approximately 2 to 8 per month.
Message and data rates and availability
We do not apply any additional charge for our Biogen Support Services text message programs, however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Our text message programs may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of service changes made by your wireless carrier.
We reserve the right to terminate any text message service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
Unsubscribing from a text message program
To stop receiving text messages, you can reply STOP. Following such a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one final message from us confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You must unsubscribe from each text message program separately if you are enrolled in multiple Biogen text programs.
